What is Communication Confusion?

It’s that moment when you explain something and the other person just looks puzzled. Or when advice you get is so vague it makes things murkier. We face this everywhere and often don’t realize how much it holds us back.

Why Does It Happen?

Communication confusion isn’t about being bad at talking. It usually happens because:

• Vague language: Advice like “be more confident” means something different to everyone.

What Can You Do?

Making progress starts with clearing up confusion. Try these:

• Look for agreement: “We can agree that last change didn’t help, right?”
